Day Camp Registration Website

Follow the directions CAREFULLY - this website is not the easiest to navigate. If you didn't receive an emailed copy of a receipt, whether you paid or not, you are NOT registered!!! The website simply throws away all of your information if you don't finish the process.

NOTE: Until we receive your signed medical form AND copies of both sides of your insurance form for EACH registrant, you are not registered.

Known problems:

1. Payment was not received
If you were not charged for registration, then your registration was not completed. Most likely you stopped after you printed out your medical form without noticing that you still had more to do.

2. Medical Form was not received
There are several addresses floating around for medical forms. Although the Ellinwood, Pleasant Hill address will work it will significantly delay the processing of your medical form AND has a much higher probability of being lost. Please use the address listed above.

3. Registration is not shown on the list above
Please notice the date on the list. If you registered the day before the list was published your receipt may not have gotten to me before the list was published. If you registered long before this list was published then you may have registered at the wrong district's camp. Please contact me immediately with a copy of your receipt.

4. Your registration was on the list - and now it's gone
If we do not receive your medical forms and copies of your insurance cards for each registrant, your registration was not completed. We attempt to contact you four times before we cancel your registration. You are free to re-register, however you must pay the prevailing registration fee.
