PICKUP/DROP OFF INFORMATION
Arrival
- Arrive between 8:30am and 9am.
- Park in the lot. Please follow the instructions of the Parking Attendants.
- Proceed to the field and leave your cub with their Unit Leader. Tags check in at the Tags area, Jr. Helpers near the field. If you are an adult volunteer remain on the field with your unit.
Early Pick-Up
The gates will be closed from 1-3:30pm.
If you need to remove a cub from camp early please arrive before 1 and check out at headquarters.
Pick up:
- 3:30 is the pick up time.
- Park and walk into camp.
- While you are waiting, fill out a 3x5 card with your name and the name of the cubs, Jr. Helpers, or Tags that you are picking up.
- Be prepared to show a picture ID upon exit.
- The gates will open at 3:30pm. Proceed onto the field to pick up your cubs. Let the unit leader know that you are there
- We will check your ID and the index card as you exit.
- Please pick up by 3:45.
We will be moving and checking a lot of people out of camp. Carpooling will make the process easier. We thank you in advance for your patience.
