Camper Drop Off/ Pick Up Instructions
The safety and security of your scout is of utmost concern to us. It is very important that you read the following directions carefully and complete all the necessary instructions. Each parent or designated driver must present a completed coupon with picture I.D. Only drivers with valid coupons and picture I.D. will have campers released on-time. Drivers without valid coupons and/or picture I.D. will be required to circle to the end of the pick-up line for extended processing.
You will find coupons for the pick-up of each camper at: Pickup Coupons.pdf Drivers will be required to proceed past the ranch entrance and circle around, in order to make a safe right turn into the ranch entrance. This applies to both morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up. Drivers picking up camper mid-day will need to bring coupon and I.D. to HQ-Headquarters Office (Sheriff’s Office). Camper will be released from HQ.
