PICKUP/DROP OFF INFORMATION
Drop Off
1. Check the main page of this website. If your name is listed, be prepared for a wait at drop-off time. You will be expected to provide the missing forms before your son will be allowed at camp.
You must park your car and come in to camp to complete your paperwork.
2. Cub scouts who have submitted all their forms may be dropped at the pathway (the parking attendants will guide you) and you may exit the camp. No need to come into camp.
3. Volunteers with car loads of cubs may first drop the cubs and their supplies off at the path, then proceed to the far lot to park their car. If you have Tags with you, please turn the Tags over to a Jr. Helper to escort up to the Tags area.
Pick-Up
You will park your car as directed by the parking attendants and come on to the Gathering Area of camp to collect your scouts.
***Please respect our closing flags ceremony and do NOT remove your cub before the flags ceremony has completed***
Once the ceremony has completed and you are ready to go, exit via the pathway. There will be tables set up. Have your cubs by your side with your driver's license. Be prepared to give the check-out personnel:
a) your driver's license and name
b)your cub's first and last name, and unit number
Do NOT allow your cubs to exit until all information is recorded. Please keep a watchful eye on them at this time as it is tempting for them to just run ahead.
Do NOT move past the tables until the information is recorded.
