Meridian Day Camp "CUBstruction 2010"
Safety Alert!
Today (Monday, June 21) we had a safety problem in camp. A large number of visitors entered camp well before closing ceremonies. This caused confusion and was an unfortunate distruption in our stations. More importantly, we had some extreme safety issues as parents wandered unescorted through unsafe zones.
For the safety of our cub scout campers, no visitors will be allowed into camp between 1:30 and 3:30pm. If you should have an appointment which requires your cub scout to be pulled out of camp early please let our security personnel know. They will be stationed at the bottom of the pathway. They will dispatch a Jr. Helper to locate and escort your camper down to you as you wait on the main pathway near the parking lot.
We ask for your patience as you wait on the path, or in your car, until 3:30pm when camp is finished. Enter only through the main parking lot, using the main pathway to camp.
Our camp hours are from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
